Western NSW Regional Advisory Council
Regional Advisory Council (RAC) members are drawn from a diverse range of businesses and industries across the region, contributing a wealth of insight and experience. They advise our State Council on policy issues that affect our regional members. They also provide a direct line of communication from our members to our management team and the Board.
Meet our RAC Members
Matthew, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors from Bathurst, currently chairs the boards of Westhaven Ltd, Western NSW Local Health District, and Western Region Academy of Sport.
He was named Bathurst's most outstanding business leader in 2017/2018, honoured for his 20-year involvement with the Rotary Youth Driver Awareness program in 2022, and inducted as a Bathurst Living Legend in 2023.
With a strong background in corporate governance and business leadership, he is dedicated to supporting regional and remote communities across NSW.

Justin Enright | Committee Member
Jason has worked across the Federal Government, Not-for-Profit and commercial industries over the past 30 years. Originally from Tamworth, Jason played Water polo for Australia and was a scholarship holder at the Australian Institute of Sport in the 1990’s.
During this time, he represented Australia in both junior and senior men’s competitions, culminating in squad selection for the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games. Professionally, Jason knowledge and experience extend to the Information Technology Sector, where he currently works as General Manager of ICT for Marathon Health.
Previously to his current role, Jason has had significant senior management experience with technology companies such as Microsoft, Dell/EMC and Sun Microsystems. Jason specialises in Cyber Security, Governance and Risk.

Narelle has more than 25 years’ experience working in corporate public relations, business development, stakeholder relations, corporate services and senior management roles in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Throughout her career, Narelle has been drawn to working for community-based organisations in Western NSW dedicated to improving outcomes for community members, including in education, employment, mental health, youth homelessness, Out of Home Care and disability supports.
As the CEO of not-for-profit organisation, Skillset Limited, Narelle’s strong leadership and focus on establishing innovative partnerships to support local organisations and businesses aligns seamlessly with Skillset’s commitment to creating life-changing opportunities and making a positive impact in regional communities.

Daniel is a Partner and Financial Adviser at Morse Group Accountants & Advisors, serving clients across Central West NSW.
Achieving partnership at just 25, Daniel has expanded into financial advice and earned recognition through regional awards and as a finalist for the 2016 Accountants Daily Australian Young Accountant of the Year.
As President of Business Orange and a member of the Western Regional Advisory Committee, he leverages his passion for business and wealth generation to provide valuable insights and foster connections that support the growth and success of our region.
