Get tested before you travel

Traveling interstate for work during the break? If the state or territory you plan to visit has testing entry requirements, you can get tested nearer to your home before you leave.

Clinics in border regions may be busier during this time, so it’s best to get tested beforehand. Results typically take 24 to 48 hours.

Stay safe with a booster vaccination

Whether you're looking forward to seeing friends and family this season or your work requires you to be in regular contact with others, make sure you stay safe by getting your booster shot.

If you’re aged 18 or over and it’s been 5 months since your second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, you can now get a booster vaccination. This will help strengthen your immune system and help protect you, your loved ones and your peers against COVID-19.
