MULTI-PURPOSE MEETING SUITE
Our multi-purpose meeting suite accommodates up to 32 guests (22 COVID-Safe) in theatrette style. The room can also be configured in various formats from boardroom and private meetings to small training.
The suite is equipped with built-in state-of-the-art audio visual and telecommunication facilities including a drop-down projection screen, a moveable 4k display, roof-mounted speakers and microphones and a 4k camera, allowing you to seamlessly conference with remote attendees. The suite is soundproofed for your privacy.

AUDITORIUM
Our superior auditorium accommodates larger events; from private seated dining for groups through to elaborate conferences, training, seminars and staff townhalls for up to 200 attendees (84 COVID-Safe) in theatrette style.
At 250sqm, or 343sqm if the retractable walls are opened and rooms combined, a variety of table and seating options are available.
The auditorium is equipped with a 9 meter wide Ultra HD Video Wall, lectern and two Ultra-HD Cameras for video conferencing, hybrid events and virtual conferences.
A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE
Delivering a successful event should be your only focus. A booking Parramatta Square Business & Events Centre is inclusive of the following, with no unexpected on-costs:
- A dedicated event manager who will guide you through every step of your booking
- All AV equipment costs including use of screens, lectern, cameras, hand held microphones, lapel microphones, clickers and, if required, a laptop;
- Access to our commercial reheating kitchen and bar, with facilities to serve up to 200 guests;
- All required individual tableware, glassware and collection/cleaning of used items throughout the day;
- An event concierge to greet your guests upon arrival, conduct COVID screening and registration, then be at your service as required during the event;
- A dedicated COVID-Marshall who will check your event to ensure COVID-safe policies are being followed;
- Regular cleaning of all high touchpoint surfaces during event and cleaning at conclusion of the event;
- Tea and coffee facilities.
For advanced AV operations, broadcasting, filming and catering, we have a network of preferred suppliers who can assist with even the most challenging requirements.
