Public Voting Terms & Conditions

Name of Activity: NSW Top Tourism Town Awards 2021 Public Voting

Members of the public are invited to vote on their favourite NSW tourism town in order to determine NSW’s Top Tourism Town Awards 2021 in two (2) categories as detailed in the entry overview. 

Entry Overview:  Voting is open to persons aged 18 years and older.  To enter, members of the public must visit the voting website via the VOTE NOW! button on www.businessnsw.com/top-tourism-town-awards during the voting period. Members of the public may only vote once in each category: 

  • town with population greater than 5000, and
  • town with population less than 5000.

Voting Restrictions: Members of the public may only lodge one vote for one town in each category.  Subsequent votes by the same voter will be excluded from consideration.

Voting Period: 9:00 AEST. Friday 7 May 2021 to 17:00, Friday 14 May 2021. 

Voting Method: Voters must visit the voting website via the VOTE NOW! button on www.businessnsw.com/top-tourism-town-awards during the voting period and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including their full name, contact email address and contact phone number and short description re why they love the town.  

Privacy: Business NSW respects your privacy, any personal information provided will only be used for the sole purpose of this voting in this competition, for further information please see our Privacy Policy. 

Winners: Winning towns in each category will be selected by a combination of the judging scores from the submission (50%) and the votes (50%). 

Business NSW’s decision of the winners is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. 

In no event will the judges be held responsible for any comment, viewpoint, or expression whether expressed or implied, concerning the standard or quality of an entrant’s submission. Entrants agree not to bring any claim against any of the judges, award co-ordinators, NSW Tourism Industry Council/ Business NSW or Award sponsors. Entrants agree that the judges’ decisions are final and that no correspondence will be entered concerning such decisions.
