Explore The Boardwalk to The Haven
A new architectural walkway connects Terrigal’s Norfolk pine-lined promenade with protected scenic cove The Haven – perfect for a stroll above crashing waves at dusk. Here children build their best sandcastles, fur babies play in the dog park, and snorkellers dip below to search for stingrays. 

Conquer the steep path to The Skillion, Terrigal’s iconic headland, for incredible views of migrating whales or dolphins from Avoca Beach in the south to Forresters Beach in the north (once you’ve caught your breath, of course!).

Dive into a world-class marine wonderland 
The Central Coast has 87km of stunning coastline, with sections of this marine paradise magnificently equipped for snorkelling or scuba diving. Just off the coast of Terrigal, 32 metres below the waves, sits shipwreck ex-HMAS Adelaide. Transformed into an artificial reef and world-class dive attraction, it’s home to a healthy community of rays, fish and octopus you can tour with Pro-Dive Central Coast.

Families can head to newly revamped Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre to explore more about the Coast’s underwater wonderland. While the kids paint a sea horse or build a model whale, grab a cuppa from Parklife Coffee next door.
